Kelsey joined British Swim School in September 2023 as an Operations Support Specialist where she assists franchise owners with all of their IT and support system needs. Her experience includes drafting and distributing agreements, approving new pool locations, and providing operational guidance and support to franchisees. Prior to joining BSS, Kelsey attended Old Dominion University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Kelsey enjoys going on cruises with her friends and family, traveling to Orlando, FL for Disney World and Universal Studios, as well as playing Pickleball and Disc Golf. ____________________ Certifications:
