With several years of CRM experience under her belt, Amanda joins the Marketing Team as our CRM & Marketing Systems Specialist. In this role, she supports the implementation and optimization of HubSpot across the franchise system—maintaining and improving workflows, enhancing marketing automation, and most importantly, assisting and educating franchisees on how to make the most of the platform. Her previous role as a CRM Specialist equipped her with the skills to translate complex systems into practical, easy-to-use tools for everyday success.

Amanda is originally from Long Island, NY, and recently relocated from Jacksonville, FL to Portsmouth, VA with her husband and their two dogs and cat. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, camping, and spending time with her friends and family.
