Daily Journal Reveals British Swim School will be opening a new location in early October!British Swim School has been featured in the Marietta Daily Journal on the announcement of their newest location at the Fitness 1440, located in The Corners Shopping Center at 2745 Sandy Plains Road, Suite 120 in Marietta, Georgia. Being the third location to open up in the greater Atlanta area, Marietta is excited to welcome yet another location to serve its residents. British Swim School's mission is to prevent tragic deaths caused by drowning with a two-step curriculum that teaches children and adults of all ages water safety and survival skills first and foremost, with skill development second. British Swim School is trying to target the North Atlanta area looking to drive awareness of the importance of water survival skills to residents and their children.
"I believe there are not enough options for parents in the North Atlanta area who want their children to learn how to swim. It is easy to forget that swimming is not just something fun to do, but a critical life skill. Parents can get caught up in other activities and are actually putting their child at risk by not teaching them to swim at an early age." - Christina LachenmeyerCo-owner of this new location, Christina Lachenmeyer, taught young children how to play the piano before she entered the business world. Her previous career has helped her bring a unique perspective to a business that requires an understanding of business and the ability to relate to children and parents. She is very business savvy with a strong attention to detail and strategic planning. Lachenmeyer's business partner, Aaron Hebel, has had a very successful career as an entrepreneur starting four previous businesses. The two together have a proven track record that they will be very successful with British Swim School. Mark your calendars! This new location will be hosting an Opening Day party from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on October 8th where residents of the area can tour the facility, learn about the program, and meet all the instructors.
